Rayshawn Smith is the founder and CEO of Unheard Voices and he created it because he was on a mission to believe in himself again and to overcome the hardest obstacle in his life - recovering from being a victim of gun violence. He wants to share his journey and offer support, resources and encouragement to others who are also suffering as victims of gun violence.
